Purchasing a plan

Quick walkthrough of Subscribing or Unsubscribing from a plan based on your preference

With Support Hunt, you have the liberty to upgrade or degrade your plan at any given point of time. When you upgrade to a different plan from an existing one, the payment for the same will be initiated using Credit, Debit, or Wire Transfer.

To upgrade your account to the higher package, you can follow the following steps;

  • Go to 'Settings -> Account -> Billing' to access the 'Billing' screen

  • Click on 'Get Subscription'

  • Toggle between 'Billed Monthly' or 'Billed Annually' as per your preference

  • Click on 'Choose' to choose the plan from the available options based on your preference & requirement

  • Fill up the required details on the billing page like Billing Name, Address, Card Details etc..

  • Click on 'Pay using this Card' to initiate the payment
